Capsule3020 is and always will be strictly "1st come-1st serve". "1st come" refers to whomever confirms full payment first. We cannot hold any items for any reason and we typically do not accept deposits on any items, unless special circumstances deem it necessary. In order to maintain our very reasonable pricing and continue to offer our customers with the high quality and value of high-end merchandise, we must price all items to move quickly. Our inventory changes over frequently, so time is of the essence for every transaction.
All purchased items must be picked up within 14 days after payment has been confirmed. Items will remain FOR SALE on our blog until payment has been confirmed. Additionally, all items SOLD may remain on our blog and marked as SOLD for at least 30 days after purchase. Items which have been purchased in full and not picked up after 21 days from the date of purchase, can and may be re-sold.
Capsule3020 is "cash and carry". We do accept Paypal "Buy Now" payments via our blog. We always accept and prefer cash and can process credit cards and debit cards via Paypal online at our location. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, payroll checks, cashiers checks, or other forms of payment not mentioned above as acceptable.
All viewings and pick-ups are by appointment only. Our hours for viewings and pick-ups are Mon - Fri: 6PM - 8:45PM; Sundays: 8AM - 9:30AM. Our hours are subject to change. We can and have accomodated other hours with advance notice and a phone number.
